Thank you for shopping with The Two Dog Standard. We want shipping to be clear and straightforward.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently guarantee international shipping unless an international destination is specifically available during checkout.

2. FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders of $50 or more.

For orders under $50, any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time may vary by product, fulfillment location, weekends, holidays, and product availability.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment partner, and shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates shown on product pages, during checkout, or in order communications are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

5. TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Once your order ships, you may receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier to activate tracking information after a shipping label is created.

6. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

7. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Some products may be shipped directly from third-party fulfillment partners.

Packaging, carrier selection, and shipping origin may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

The Two Dog Standard remains your point of contact if you need assistance with your order.

8. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

9. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue outside our control, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Please contact us if your package is returned to sender.

10. DELAYED ORDERS

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

We will review the available tracking and fulfillment information and assist you with the next steps.

11. LOST PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost in transit, contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Resolution may vary depending on the carrier, tracking status, and circumstances of the shipment.

12. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Check around the delivery location
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Check for notices from the carrier
• Contact the shipping carrier when appropriate

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will review the available information.

13. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when appropriate.

Damaged or incorrect items are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
